  • The item(s) must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.
  • You must provide proof of purchase.
  • You must contact us within 30 days of the purchase date to request a refund.

II. Customized Items

Customized items, such as personalized jewelry, are not eligible for a refund unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

III. Shipping

We do not refund shipping costs unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

IV. Processing Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure that they meet our refund policy requirements. We will then process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
